We hope you'll love your Refabric purchase. If it's not quite what you expected, you can return your order under the conditions below

 

Standard Products

Our standard products, such as pouches, bags, wallets, brooms and leather accessories, can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

After notifying us of your return, you have another 14 days to send the item back.

Return Conditions:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.
• Please return it in the original packaging whenever possible.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the purchase price, including the original standard shipping costs (where applicable), within 14 days using the original payment method. 14 days terug via dezelfde betaalmethode.

 

Personalised Products

Products that have been personalised or custom-made specifically for you cannot be returned. niet worden geretourneerd. Dit is wettelijk vastgelegd in het herroepingsrecht.

If your personalised item arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing defect, please contact us. We will be happy to find a suitable solution.

 

How to Return an Item

• Your name;
• Order number;
• The item(s) you wish to return

We will then send you the return instructions.
